Maxol - Proud sponsors of Ulster Mini and Primary Schools Rugby

Maxol is a locally owned company which was started by William and James McMullan in Middlepath St., Belfast almost 100 years ago. The McMullan brothers began by delivering their fuel by horse and cart to customers in Belfast. Since then Maxol has grown to have 230 service stations in Ireland and its shops, forecourts and delivery trucks are a familiar sight wherever you travel.

Today we are delighted to be sponsoring the Ulster Mini Rugby Programme, where both girls and boys aged 6-12 gain their first taste of the sport and begin to learn the basic skills. As part of this 2 year involvement more than 4,000 children from over 44 local rugby clubs and 200 rugby-playing primary schools across Ulster, will take part! With impressive participation numbers like this, we are excited about being 'at the heart of it'. Let the games begin!
