Last Chance For Maxol Customers To Redeem ‘Choices For People’ Saver Stamps

Maxol customers who are still holding ‘Choices For People’ saver stamps have been advised to make the most of their completed cards by 31 December 1999.

Customers still in possession of completed saver cards can use stamps to redeem items from the ‘Choices for People’ catalogue up to 15 December 99 or exchange the cards at Marks and Spencer stores throughout Ireland for gift vouchers to the value of £2 up to the 31 December 1999.

Brian Donaldson, Group Marketing Manager of Maxol, said: "There has been an excellent response from our customers to date and once again we want to remind our customers not to miss the final opportunity to cash in their full collector cards before the new millennium. With Christmas just round the corner and the additional expenditure which traditionally goes with the festive season I don’t think that anyone shall have trouble making use of their stamps."

The Maxol ‘Choices for People’ loyalty scheme which was first introduced in 1994 expires on 31 December 1999. In July 1999 the scheme was replaced by the highly successful new PointsPlus promotion.

The new PointsPlus scheme offers customers the opportunity to collect points with every purchase from participating Maxol service stations which can then be redeemed at any Marks and Spencer store in Northern Ireland. There is also a fuel back option to gain discounts on Maxol products.

Points are issued with Maxol motor fuel, lubricants and car wash and each card when full is worth £5.
