MAXOL ANNOUNCES WINNERS AT RETAIL EXCELLENCE WINTER AWARDS

Maxol has announced the winners of its Retail Excellence Award Scheme, a scheme which promotes and rewards excellence in retail standards and customer care throughout its network of service stations.

Organised bi-annually by Maxol’s head office, the scheme ensures that service stations uphold the high standards expected by today’s motorist and guarantees that customers continue to get the best levels of service and amenities when they step onto a Maxol forecourt.

Brian Donaldson, Group Marketing Manager of Maxol said: "Maxol is committed to maintaining the highest standards in the service we offer our customers, the variety of products available in our shops and the amenities/tidiness of our forecourts. These awards recognise the hard work and dedication of Maxol staff and aim to reward them for their company loyalty.

Commenting on the win, Paul Hillis of Knockhill Service Station, said: "We are delighted to have won this award. We pride ourselves on the level of service and amenities we offer the public. It is wonderful to have our hard work recognized in this way".
